Joel Confino, M.D. is a Founder of the Eye Care & Surgery Center in New Jersey. Dr. Confino is a Board Certified and Fellowship trained New Jersey Ophthalmologist who specializes in Cataract, Corneal & Refractive Surgery including LASIK Eye Surgery in New Jersey.

Dr. Confino is a graduate of Yale University and earned his Medical Degree at Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York. He completed a Residency in Ophthalmology at Mount Sinai Medical Center as well as a Fellowship in Corneal and External Disease at the University of California, San Diego.

Dr. Confino has provided eye care to New Jersey area residents for more than 25 years. His interests as an eye surgeon have led him to specialize in Cataract, Cornea and Refractive Surgery with a special interest in Laser Vision Correction, as well as Corneal Transplantation. Dr. Confino's approach is to provide each and every patient with individualized and personalized education and care, so that all patients can achieve their vision correction goals.
